which curated package will I receive?

your subscription date is unique to you! the date you start your subscription will determine which package you receive as your first shipment. for example, if you begin your subscription any time in january, february, or march you’ll receive the jan//feb//march card curation to start.

there will be four packages a year:

• 01 — jan//feb//march
• 02 — apr//may//june
• 03 — july//aug//sept
• 04 — oct//nov//dec

please note that your cards may vary from those you see others share on social! because we shop small, it's not always possible to fufill all orders with the same cards.

when will my packages arrive?

your packages will start being assembled each time your card is charged. for example, if you orignally purchased on january 1st, you can expect to receive your order within two weeks. then the next time your card is charged (in this example on april 1st) we'll get your next package ready. and then we'll keep this party going!

how many cards do I get in a pep talk paper subscription?

you’ll get six cards curated just for our subscribers. these cards will come from designers in the USA and will always be valued for more than you spend.

does my subscription come with stamps?

no — you'll need to provide your own stamps! we recommend buying a sheet to have on hand.

can I pick the cards in my pep talk paper subscription?

we will always aim to give you versatile cards that will help you celebrate and pep talk everyone you love!

but no you can't pick your cards — that’s part of the fun! you never know what cards will come in your subscription. don’t need an engagement card/get well soon card/miss you this season? keep in your junk drawer and you’ll have it when you need it. don’t have a junk drawer? you may be the next marie kondo + will probably want to store your extra cards in a photo box.

are the cards photographed on the site the exact ones I receive?

we're glad you asked, we love the cards photographed too! however, the cards photographed are examples and aren't a reflection of what you'll receive in your package.

what if my cards come damaged?

we are BIG fans of USPS but even the best fall down sometimes. send us an email at hello@peptalkpaper.co including a picture of your damaged cards and we’ll make it right for you.

how can I cancel my subscription?

we hate to see you go but we love to watch you leave. too much? you can cancel at any point but before you do, please consider sending us an email at hello@peptalkpaper.co so that we can improve our product moving forward.

to cancel, simply login in the upper right hand corner of this site and click cancel. you'll then be walked through the process of canceling.

what if I want to order a subscription as a gift?

the best thing to do is purchase a gift card. select the value of the gift card to be equivalent to what you'd like to gift. if you'd like to gift two collections, your gift card value would be for $64. has anyone told you that you're an excellent gift giver?
